WHEN EXPERIENCE BECOMES SENSORY
Invisible but deeply emotional, the olfactory signature accompanies guests and residents from their arrival, extending the experience well beyond the stay.
It shapes the atmosphere, reinforces the identity of the place and transforms every moment into a sensory memory.
Each creation is conceived as an invisible seam, serving emotion, elegance and the art of hospitality.

Maison 21G has created a bespoke olfactory design for the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong , creating a unique and memorable sensory identity for prestigious guests.
Each experience, from Tea Time to evening moments, unfolds as a subtle dialogue between space, taste and emotion, extending the universe of the place with elegance and refinement.
OUR 360° CUSTOM-MADE HOLISTIC DESIGN
The identity of a place is now built through a holistic approach, where architecture, light, materials and atmosphere interact harmoniously.
Each project begins with a complete immersion in the world of the place: identity, design, guest journey and promise of hospitality.
The olfactory signature is then conceived as a natural sensory extension, subtly integrating into spaces and accompanying each moment of the experience with elegance, coherence and refinement.

The Laurus Singapore project is inspired by nature and well-being, reflecting balance, serenity and connection with the environment.

A SIGNATURE THAT ACCOMPANIES
EACH STAY
The signature scent is incorporated throughout the stay, accompanying guests through the different moments of their experience.
Present with discretion, it creates a sensory continuity that reinforces the perception of the place, promotes attachment and establishes a feeling of familiarity and comfort.
Designed to last, the signature becomes a subtle marker, contributing to the uniqueness of the place and to the memorability of the stay.
